I bought last month the new Xtrend ET7100 V2 – it arrived last week. I\’m unable to see any H.265/HEVC channels (10) from here https://www.levira.com/program.pdf – please help! How to enable H.265? How to download latest SW update to support it?

HEVC/H.265 is automatic, you don’t need to activate it or anything like that.
You should try to change the settings for CI module CI older to CI+ 1.3.
